Sunshine Project Management is currently seeking help, we have an exciting opportunity in construction field with successful and progressive experience in field planning and production of all types of work related to construction as directed by the Superintendent.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and plan the work with the Superintendent
• Direct oversight responsibility of timesheets for labor and equipment, as well as daily reports complete with quantities worked
• Review, maintain, and monitor the crew’s productivity and goals daily
• Enforce quality control and Company safety policies on all aspects of the work
• Follow the project construction process to ensure that work is completed on time
• Set Line and Grade from points established by others.
• Place, consolidate, and protect case-in-place concrete or masonry structures.
• Smooth and finish freshly poured cement or concrete, using floats, trowels, screeds, or powered cement finishing tools.
• Spray materials through hoses to clean, coat, or seal surfaces.
• Lubricate, clean, and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Demolish structures and salvage useful materials.
• Be familiar with procedures of Building Layout.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and complete job-related documents and forms via blueprints and use of tablet drawings and specifications
• Know the abbreviated and common construction terms for the equipment and materials used
• Ability to calculate mathematical figures such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
• Have own transportation and a valid driving license
• Know the abbreviated and common construction terms for the equipment and materials used
